1. Please complete the Enrolment form below at your earliest convenience with a much detail as possible.

2. Make payment – the payment link will be displayed once you submit the Enrolment form.

3. We will review your form to determine your dog’s suitability for a group class.

4. We will email you to confirm your booking and advise next steps.

5. You receive your Week 1 at-home lesson on the day of your course start date.
